How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of extract to half a glass of water, yoghurt or smoothie and consume 2 times a day (preferably 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals). Shake well before use. Store the opened bottle in a cool, dark place at a recommended temperature between +4°C and +10°C (refrigerator). An opened bottle will keep for 20 days in the refrigerator. NOTE: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is recommended for children over 10 years of age. Keep out of reach of children! The product may contain natural sediment. For best results, we recommend at least one health course of 2 bottles of extract. We recommend repeating the health cycle 4-6 times a year, depending on how you feel.
